JEPIC with the cooperation of its member electric power companies, conducts various international cooperation programs aimed at human resource development for overseas electric power utilities.

Since FY1991, JEPIC has invited utility personnel from overseas to Japan under its Seminar in Japan. In addition, since FY1992, JEPIC has dispatched Japanese electric power experts to overseas countries through its Overseas Seminar Program.

In June 2026, with the generous support of Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc., JEPIC successfully conducted the FY2026 Seminar in Japan for participants from Laos, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Cambodia.
