JEPIC has been conducting bilateral seminar program with electric utilities in Asian countries with strong support from electric power companies in Japan. The purpose of the program is to strengthen their business infrastructure such as basic and expertise technologies, management and human resources development.

JEPIC and CEB, Ceylon Electricity Board, have planned the seminar in Sri Lanka in March 2023. However, due to a strike on the day of the seminar, it had to be cancelled. As an alternative program, we held an online seminar as outlined below;
